Supervisor Training

Supervision is a crucial component of any mental health professionals work. High quality supervision is  essential to ensuring therapists and clinicians feel supported in delivering trauma-focused therapies, particularly where young people may have more complex needs.

In this four-module free e-learning, we outline useful information, tips, and a new supervision framework to make the most of supervision, and support the use of evidence-based trauma therapies.

Evidence-based decision making: e-learning for commissioners and decision-makers

Coming later in 2025, the free e-learning, developed with the UK Trauma Council, aims to up-skill professionals - particularly commissioners and decision-makers - in making evidence-based decisions around mental health provision. We know it can be difficult to differentiate pseudoscience from evidence, and we want to make this easier via this training.
